Qualitative Assessment Tools(Teachers)
In their interviews, the teachers first articulated their understanding of aggression and victimisation; then they described the status of school bullying. Thereafter, an in-depth discussion took place on the characteristics of the students. The interviews included the following topics:
- Teachers’ approach to handling bullying incidents.
 - Students’ school life (e.g. academic attainment, popularity).
 - Students’ behaviour (e.g. whether they deliberately made things difficult for teachers, showed aggressive behaviour).
 - Students’ relationships with their parents (e.g. parenting styles).
 - Teachers’ expectations for group intervention.
